Tezukayama Gakuin is a comprehensive and integrated educational institution consisting of a university (TGU), high schools, middle school, elementary school, and pre-school. It started in 1917 with the foundation of the elementary school and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2016. Tezukayama Gakuin University (TGU) was founded in 1966 and celebrated its 50 year anniversary in 2016.
In accordance with the provisions of the Fundamental Law of Education and School Education Act, TGU provides all-round education including the Education of Power – the power of will, the power of compassion, the power of intelligence, and the power of physical strength. While inheriting the founding spirit of Tezukayama Gakuin, TGU aims at producing well-cultivated individuals who can acquire rich knowledge from self-learning education and become capable of contributing to society.
Our campus is located in the southern part of Osaka and have an easy access from the metropolitan areas and Wakayama prefecture.
